Shipping
Orders will normally ship within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). except for Tasers which require 5 business days to ship. If for some reason there is a delay (such as a back order), we will contact you. Shipping charges are a standard flat fee of $7.95 for orders of $0 - $124.99. Orders of $125.00 or more will be shipped FREE.
We ship to the Continental United States only!
Please Note:
• Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped outside the continental US, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.
• Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped by any other method other than GROUND.
• Pepper Sprays, or any type of weapon, including stun devices, knives and batons, cannot be shipped outside the United States (including its territories).
• We do not ship to Post Office Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
• Stun devices CANNOT and WILL NOT be shipped to New York, Massachusetts, Illinois, or the city of Philadelphia.
Returns
We will accept returns only on items that are defective, or in resalable condition. On all other items there is a 20% restocking fee. If the outside packaging of the item is damaged in any way, and/or if any literature or accessories are missing you cannot return the item.
Please contact us for an (Return Merchandise Authorization) RMA Number before sending back a return. When sending back the item, please let us know if you need it to be replaced and reshipped. If you would like credit for the item, please indicate as such, and we will credit you appropriately. We do not credit shipping charges.
Defective Items: As with any product, there will occasionally be an item that just doesn't work. Rest assured that if you ever receive a defective product we will replace it for you. Just send it back and we will send out a replacement.
